Employers Agent / Building Surveyor

My client in Winchester are currently looking for a Senior/Associate Employers Agent/Building Surveyor to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for building your own team and developing graduates/assistants to the best of their ability as well as ensuring your own duties are completed.

The role;

• Working with multiple Housing Associations
• A range of duties including building surveys, employers agent, building control, building regulations
• Ensure client relationships are maintained at a high standard
• Professional works
• Eventually build your own team of graduates/assistant and building surveyors
• Working hours Mon - Fri 09:00-17:00

Requirements

• Experience within Housing Associations
• Previous Employers agent experience
• Have a background in building surveying or quantity surveying
• MRICS or APC pathway
• Full UK driving licence
