Building Surveyor

An expanding Commercial Property Consultancy with offices throughout the South East are seeking a client-facing Building Surveyor with a private practice/consultancy background to join their close-knit team, Crawley team.

Are you a Building Surveyor looking to avoid the Central London commute whilst working within a forward-thinking, down-to-earth Building Surveying team?

The Company

Formed over 10 years ago and predominantly working within the Commercial sector alongside Investors, Occupiers and Developers.

The successful Building Surveyor will carry out the full remit of Building Surveying competencies from running projects to Dilaps and Technical Due-Diligence.

The Role of the Successful Building Surveyor

You will be given a typical 50:50 split between Professional and Project based work

  • Dilapidations
  • Pre-acquisition surveys
  • Due-diligence
  • Party wall matters
  • Contract administration

The Successful Building Surveyor

  • 2+ years industry experience
  • Seeking a balanced Professional/Project role
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Committed to career progression
  • Strong communication skills

In Return, the successful Building Surveyor will receive

  • £30,000 - £40,000
