PQS/Consultancy - Automotive, Education, Health, Infrastructure, Leisure, and Office - Assistant Quantity Surveyor

This Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their sociable Leeds offices to work on a variety of projects.

Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Leeds

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 - Pension, Bonus, Structured Support, Progression Opportunities

Duties: The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will report to the Senior Cost Manager

Duties will include -

  • Measurement
  • Valuations
  • Tendering
  • Estimating
  • Contract Measurement
  • Bill of Quantities
  • Project Management
  • Employer's Agent

Requirements: The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have circa 3 years' experience and a Degree in Quantity Surveying. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally be working on a variety of projects from the sectors that this company work in, rather than specialising in just one.

Experience with EA or PM duties would be highly desirable for this position.
