You will be a key player in making the Parliamentary Estate a suitable, secure and technologically advanced for our democracy.  Your role will involve operating in an environment where conservation and the need to innovate coincide; where the working of our democratic process is uninterrupted and our people collaborate to deliver in the public eye.

   

Currently, we are preparing for Parliament to move out in the mid-2020s by renovating other government buildings in the parliamentary estate.  Nothing on the scale of the works planned has been undertaken since the Palace of Westminster was built.

 

This unique high-profile role, within the House of Commons Strategic Estates Project Delivery team will enable thedelivery of a complex portfolio of large-scale programmes and projects across the parliamentary estate.  You will need significant experience in the performance management of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, very large budgets, and the management of suppliers.
