Our client is a well known and leading firm of Chartered Surveyors / Residential Valuation Surveyors.

Due to strong market conditions and increases in new and existing work streams, they are recruiting a selection of MRICS Building Surveyors to cope with the demand for their Residential Building Surveying work flows (scheme 3)

This is an interesting opportunity for MRICS Building Surveyors who are interested in moving across into the Residential Surveying sector. VRS is not required, although support may be on offer for those wishing to be part of the Valuer Registration Scheme. 

Work volumes are sensible and you can expect to carry out one Building Survey per day, the jobs will be based geographically close to where you reside. 

The Person:

• MRICS or AssocRICS 
• Experienced Building Surveyor
• Realistic and sensible targets, with a strong focus on work life balance, expect to carry out one Residential Building Survey per day.
• Expect a lucrative bonus scheme, car allowance or car, pension and healthcare
• Good IT skills
• Strong sense of time management

Salaries:

• Up to £45,000 - £48,000 + Bonus
• Company car (good selection available)
