6 month building surveying contract in Bristol for a consultancy

Your new company
You will be working for a private sector consultancy based in Bristol. This surveying consultancy are looking for a building surveyor to join the team for a 6 month contract to complete work. If the candidate gets on well, there may be a permanent position on offer.

Your new role
You will be working as a building surveyor carrying out stock condition survey work. This contract you will be completing will be for education projects. This organisation use iPad data collection systems which will be provided.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in stock condition and general building surveying. The successful candidate will need a building surveying degree with at least 3 years post graduate experience. Ideally you will have public sector experience within education.
