Blayze Group have been instructed by one of Manchester's most exciting and innovative property development businesses to recruit a Development Surveyor to join their team and work on a number of exciting commercial and residential projects.
If you're an ambitious Surveyor that is passionate about pursuing a career in development this is an opportunity not to be missed! You'll be working alongside some of the market's top property professionals so you're development and training will be 2nd to none.
Our client is a well established, highly successful property development and their track record speaks for itself. Due to continued growth, they are looking for Development Surveyor who will be responsible for supporting senior team members on major projects which will encompass all phases of the development lifecycle including: site identification; acquisitions; appraisals; planning; liaising with architects; overseeing contractors & construction; letting strategies and overseeing external agents.
