Not only have our client delivered a staggering amount of housing in recent years but also facilities that have transformed communities. Far from standing still our client is now targeting an accelerated rate of delivery and are therefore looking for a Development Surveyor / Development Manager to assist with their expansion plans. They are fully backed by a range of institutional funders and private investors and have a huge pipeline of projects to deliver.

As a Development Manager will be given full responsibility of the development process, from initial site assessment through to handover. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing development opportunities
- Preparing appraisal and projecting potential values
- Overseeing planning applications
- Managing external professional teams

The successful candidate will need to have a detailed understanding of the entire development process, in particular site acquisition and the evaluation of new development opportunities, within the residential sector.
