Job Details
There has been a huge growth in the rental market over recent years. If you wish to work with a well established residental rental developer who have a global presence, this would be that opportunity.
With a portfolio of 45,000 apartments, an experienced Construction Manager is needed to take responsibility for handover of new developments. This is fast paced role where you are expected to deliver 20 units per month.
You will need to have experience of:
permitted developments
pre-planning surveys
working on designs with the design teamselecting contractors
managing builds crade to grave
preparing specification of works
pricing projects
quality control
health and safety
