Senior Development Manager / Development Director - Logistics Development
This opportunity will ideally suit the ambitious and motivated development professional with prior experience in in logistics development.
Reporting to the MD of the portfolio, this person will lead on a larger regeneration site in the northern home counties. The scheme will be focused towards logistics and distribution use and subject to planning 1.5m to 2m sq/ft of development space. The business is very interested in exploring this avenue and its role in the changing nature of the retail market.
The role is to lead from masterplanning stage a regeneration site aimed at A1, B1 and B2 property use, handling pre-planning through to capital infrastructure spending.
