Land and Commercial Officer

Salary: £29,909 - £35,229 per annum  

Full time.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Land and Commercial Officer within our Assets Team.

The successful candidate should have detailed knowledge of land management and an understanding of what represents good performance in the management of land & holdings

Ideally the candidate should hold a membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or working towards the membership, along with up to date knowledge of land management and an understanding of what represents good performance in the management of land and holdings.

To be suitable for the role the ideal person will be driven to deliver high quality services to both internal and external customers, have excellent negotiation skills, a positive attitude even when under pressure and to tight deadlines and an up to date knowledge of the latest legislation changes.

Driving licence is essential.
