Building Surveyor

A multi-disciplined chartered surveying consultancy based on the Surrey/South West London border are seeking a client-facing Building Surveyor (3-5 years industry experience) to join their close-knit yet expanding team.

The successful Building Surveyor will work across sectors including super-prime residential, hotels and commercial and will be given exposure to an extremely broad variety of traditional building surveying competencies.

The Role Of The Successful Building Surveyor

Will include;

  • Building surveys
  • Design and specification
  • Dilapidation reviews
  • Tendering and running projects
  • Contract administration
  • Defect diagnosis

The Successful Building Surveyor

Will have;

  • 3+ years industry experience in a client-facing role
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • A client facing demeanour with the hunger and ambition to achieve MRICS chartership

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor
