Senior Quantity Surveyor - Guildford, Surrey

A client focused consultancy are seeking a driven and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the company's Quantity Surveying division in Guildford, Surrey.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will come in as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and shall be responsible for the satisfactory completion of a range of residential and commercial projects across the South East; usually valuing up to £100m.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

  • Report to a Partner
  • Prepare cost estimates
  • Cost planning
  • Produce Bills of Quantities
  • Advise client
  • Attend client meetings

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Successful track record of taking ownership of projects
  • Residential experience is ideal
  • Able to commute to Guildford
  • Hard-working
  • Previous UK Quantity Surveying experience
