One of the UK's most reputable quantity surveying practices are seeking to expand their Quantity Surveying team in Reading by appointing an intelligent Quantity Surveyor who is either MRICS, or close to completing the APC pathway.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a diverse team on a broad range of projects up to £100 million.

Sectors include: Residential, Education, Health, and industrial.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects and be a key contact for clients.

  • Providing cost advice
  • Meeting clients
  • Contract administration
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities
  • Cost Planning
  • Final accounts

The Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS, or close to chartership
  • NEC contract experience
  • Client facing
  • Based close to Reading
