Join this experienced client-side team within their Water division and further develop your experience in civils/utility projects. This established PQS firm offers varied experience on a framework covering the Medway region of Kent.

This opportunity offers the chance to work client-side on a long-standing framework alongside an established and friendly team within the Water sector.
With two new roles being created by an increase in the framework size our client is now recruiting for two intermediate Quantity Surveyors for their operations near Maidstone, Kent.
Person Specification:
- The successful applicant will hold a RICS accredited degree or equivalent
- You have pre and post-contract experience ideally with experience in the Civils/Utility sector in Water (this is no essential)
- You must have previous experience in NEC3 contacts
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working across the full project life-cycle, these roles will include both below ground (piping) and above ground (infrastructure) projects and your role will include but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: -
- Cost plan
- Agree Pricing
- Prepare documents
- Contract Administration
- Check payment applications
- Prepare certificates
- Run the project post contract
Salary & Package:
Our client offers a salary of up to £40,000 dependant on experience and background. Package also includes: -
- 25 days holiday (20 days if studying day-release)
- 5% pension
- Personal Development plan
- Support degree course if appropriate
