We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to fill a permanent opening with a company located in the City Centre of Glasgow. Interested candidates will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects in both the public and private sectors ranging from Hotels, Residential, Education and Healthcare

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

·Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
·At least 3-5 years postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experience
·Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public sector clients
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Experienced in JCT and NEC3 contracts
·Good technical knowledge
·Strong experience in using CostX
