Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Bromley, Kent

A Quantity Surveying practice who work alongside high class clients are seeking an intelligent Quantity Surveyor who is committed to advancing their career and achieve MRICS.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall join a talented and sociable team of FRICS and MRICS Quantity Surveyors who will be best to support you as you move forward with your APC diary.

Working with a dynamic team, you will learn from the best which will help improve your pre and post contract knowledge.

The consultancy work on a range of projects, but to begin with, you will assist on luxury retail, commercial, and healthcare schemes. The successful Quantity Surveyor will then begin running their own projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS accredited degree, or MSc
  • 15+ months Quantity Surveying experience
  • Hard-working
  • Client facing
  • Based locally
  • Committed to achieving MRICS

Salary:

  • £25,000 - £35,000
  • 24 days annual leave
