BUILDING SURVEYOR - TRURO, CORNWALL
Partnership Opportunity.

An experienced Building Surveyor is required to join this small and successful independent firm of surveyors based in Truro.
The role includes running projects from design through planning and contract administration. Experience of undertaking building surveys is also ideally required.
In addition, the company undertake mundic testing, valuation work, Homebuyers Surveys and Valuations. Training can be provided in these skills.
The ideal candidate will have good business acumen and/or keen to get involved in developing the business. There is every opportunity of an equitable stake as a director in the business fairly quickly (6 to 12 months) for the right person.
Our client also seeks an Architectural Technologist with a good track record of running projects and be keen to progress.
The salary will be £45-50k depending on experience and ability. A company vehicle is provided and pension.
