Is a leading international consultancy! This role is based in the heart of Manchester centrally located and accessible by tram, train, bus and helicopter! This consultancy has many public-private partnerships that are vast in scope and are vital to development across many different areas of the UK.
The office you will be based in is located in a stunning office with some of the best bars and restaurants next door! In this position you will be conducting a range of surveying duties.

Your new role

Will mainly be conducting corporate building surveying duties, including dilapidation surveys and pre-acquisition work.However what is most important to this position is your attitude to get stuck into a meaty workload and a willingness to grow and learn within a multi-disciplinary environment.
