Senior Quantity Surveyor (Associate Designate), Hampshire

A leading, national Developer has a unique opportunity for a chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their talented pool of Quantity Surveyors in Hampshire.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the project management Director on a broad range of complex, mixed use developments and residential accommodation projects.

Acting as the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the PMs and consultant teams. You will also have the opportunity to establish and build a team.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

  • Acting as Employer's Agent
  • Cost planning, procuring, and cost management
  • Cash flow forecasts
  • Drafting contracts
  • Attend client meetings

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Developer or private practice experience
  • MRICS
  • Strong communicator
  • Good management skills
