Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR with some experience of project management to join a firm of construction consultants in Jersey, Channel Islands.

Projects are varied and will include hospitals, retail, offices, industrial etc.

A background working for another UK firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants is essential.

You will be involved in pre and post contract work including doing cost planning, value management, feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, lifecycle costing, tendering, valuations, variations plus project management etc.

THE CLIENT

My client is a successful firm of construction consultants mainly providing quantity surveying, employers agent and project management services.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR who also has done some project management.

You will work as a Senior Project Surveyor and be able to run your own projects and have good client facing skills along with acting as project manager when required.

You will need to have good pre and post contract experience.

You should have worked for another firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants or client-side.

You will have worked on a variety of projects and my client is working on hospitals, retail, offices and industrial projects..

Salary is very negotiable according to experience.
