Property Analyst

Responsibilities include:

They are looking for a Property Analyst to join their team. They are a company focused on results and the role will be generating practical project analysis from individual dwelling refurbishments to multi unit apartment new builds, Student Housing and Build To Rent Schemes across varying funding models.

• Financial modelling for Developments with a bias towards Asset Management and modelling of company cash flow and growth.
• Appraising property development opportunities with full due diligence
• Preparing and presenting investment reports for investors
• Liaising with developers, project managers, architects, brokers, investors and solicitors

Qualifications must include strong academic background with proven specific knowledge and experience of property development. Financially numerate with strong MS Excel skills, strong communication skills in English. In addition, you will have strong organisation skills, be well presented and articulate with an in-depth knowledge of the residential property market. Ideal experience would be 5 years+ in property development and/or investment however aptitude and attitude will be significant factors considered.
