Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

Fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a vibrant and forward Cost Consultancy based in Bristol.

My client is a small but rapidly expanding consultancy based in Bristol.  They have a strong portfolio of projects moving forward including working on some Retail developments with some of the UK's flagship clients.  They have recently undergone a period of growth and looking for enthusiastic Quantity Surveyors to join their team.  

On the back of their success and expansion plans moving forward they are now looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be based from their office in the centre of Bristol.  The Quantity Surveyor will be running his own projects from pre-contract to final account and be given a lot of responsibility moving forward working closely with the Director. 

The Quantity Surveyor should be degree qualified and have a minimum of 5 years post grad experience.  The Quantity Surveyor should ideally have gained experience working for a PQS consultancy although people with Contracting experience are also urged to apply.  My client is paying a generous salary and benefits package for this role along with fast track opportunities for career progression.
