TEAM SECRETARY/PERSONAL ASSISTANT
£24k-£28k Annual Salary

Our client, a large independent construction and property consultancy, is looking for a Team Secretary to assist the Partners of the company in ensuring the smooth running of the business. The consultancy is one of the top 20 firms in the UK, working across all sectors in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of admin/secretarial support and associated procedures.
* Provide secretarial support as required to other members of the Company's Management team
* Arranging Corporate and Client Hospitality/Entertainment.
* Travel arrangements - UK and International, including preparing itineraries for visits.
* Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times, including handling sensitive documentation and e-mails etc.
* Reconciling purchase card statement
* Scanning and filing documentation.
* Developing and maintaining document control system with appropriate levels of access
* Responsible for facilities management and co-ordination of office.
* Ordering stationery, equipment and supplies.
* Co-ordination of the meeting room diary.
* General office management and layout.
* Responsibility and Management of Reception & Administration support.
* Covering team absence.
* To oversee cleaning services of the office
* Various adhoc day to day projects
* Asset Management

Knowledge and Experience:

* 2-3 years experience in a secretary/personal assistant role
* Keen interest in the build environment
* Ability to multi-task and manage a challenging and varied workload.
* Excellent communication skills - both written and oral at all levels.
* Ability to be proactive and use initiative.
* Fully competent on all Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
