Associate / Senior level Building Surveyor based in Surrey with future equity options

My client is a successful Surveying Consultancy who have exciting expansion plans for the future. They are a professional honest and accomplished in their dealing as well as being ambitious, innovative and dynamic in their culture. They pride themselves on employing knowledgeable and experiences Surveyors and ensuring survey reports are clear and informative.

Clients are based throughout Surrey and the Home Counties and you will be required to be based from the office in Central Surrey.

You must be experienced in residential buildings for domestic clients and be confident in your ability. The successful candidate will be resopnsible for the following:

> Specific Defect Surveys
> Party Wall surveys
> Project Management
> Development of digital platfors
> Business Development 

To apply for this vacancy you must meet the following criteria:

- MRICS or AssocRICS (Will also consider MCIOB and willing to become RICS accredited)
- Have the ability to operate long reach camera equipment and a general understanding of how it works
- You must have an excellent understanding of property defects and repairs
- Experience of party wall matters, preparing Schedules of Conditions and measured Surveys
- The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met
- Must have good client relationship skills 
- You must have your own vehicle, client will pay a set mileage rate / car allowance

The salary is competitive and will range from £40k to £60k and will reflect the level of qualification and experience of the applicant. Package will include pension, gym membership and healthcare. There is an opportunity to take shares in the company in the future.
