Job Details
A public sector client based in the North West is looking for an Estates Surveyor to manage their commercial and operational portfolio and undertake estate management ensuring that the financial return return on the investment is maximised.
Your role will include:
- Valuations on commercial, residential and operational properties
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Service charge management
- New lettings, easements, and general estates management
- The projects you will be responsible for will have value of £10million
You will be joining an experienced team that offers great flexi time.
About You:
- It is preferred if you are a registered valuer/MRICS and/or have a relevant degree
- This role will involve driving so you will be at an advantage if you have a valid driving licence
- A sound knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act is desireable
