Quantity Surveyor, Bristol
A young, vibrant, national consultancy with multiple offices scattered across the UK are seeking a bright and ambitious Quantity Surveyor with previous bank/fund monitoring experience, or a QS who has an interest in that area.
Working alongside a young chartered team of Quantity Surveyors, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall undertake 95% bank monitoring and 5% traditional quantity surveying.
The consultancy encourages career progression and has recently promoted two young Quantity Surveyors to Associate and Associate Director levels.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally MRICS, or committed to the APC
- Based in Bristol
- Previous bank monitoring experience
- Or have a strong interest in bank/fund monitoring
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Client facing
- Ambitious
