£42,418 - £47,722 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join the University’s Capital Project Department which carries responsibility for the delivery of construction projects ranging from £50k to £50m plus. You will be responsible for the management of part of a substantial capital and refurbishment programme, from initial concept through design, specification, planning, tender preparation and bid evaluation to the supervision of construction, completion and occupation to defined timescales. You will have experience of working with multi-disciplinary design teams on technically complex construction projects, and be able to direct the team in order to achieve the University’s requirements.

You will be enthusiastic, calm under pressure, and have proven construction project management and contract administration skills. You will be comfortable in communicating at all levels and have the drive to deliver projects on time, within budget and in accordance with the brief.
