One of most unique property consultants in London's West End is seeking a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team.

My client is a commercially focused practice who undertake high end projects across central London and the surrounding home counties. This firm has been providing property expertise for prestigious clients for over 70 years.

Due to the growth and success of the department a position in the surveying team has arisen, this firm is committed to offering long term investment into all their employees. The successful surveyor will be offered a wide range of work and projects, along with the additional support from an experienced APC assessor.

Duties;

• Party Wall Matters
• Project Management
• Dilapidations
• Planned Maintenance
• Defects
• Acquisition Surveys
