Are you currently commuting in to Town from Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire or Bedfordshire and looking to cut down your journey time?

We are working with a well-established firm with a national coverage who are involved in building surveying, investment, development and valuations. They cover all markets but are looking to build on their strong reputation in Building Surveying.

They are currently succession planning and looking to bring in an MRICS Building Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to progress in to a Director level role within 2-3 years.

Responsibilities:

* Line management of graduate
* Bank Monitoring
* Dilapidations
* Party wall matters
* Building Surveys, commercial and due diligence reports

Basic Requirements:

* BSc Degree in Building Surveying
* Consultancy experience
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Computer literate
