Associate Director - Building Surveying
My client is one of the UK's leading project and building consultancies, offering a variety of services across a range of different sectors. Their building surveying team is going from strength to strength and due to a number of new instructions, seek an Associate Director level Building Surveyor to play an important role within this established team. This role will incorporate project and professional work, line management and providing strategic advice for the team's growth.
This role would suit an established Associate looking for a role with a clear path to Directorship.
Responsibilities:
- Line management of team
- Client Liaison/Account Management
- Cross-selling to current, internal client
- Bank Monitoring
- Building Surveys
- Dilapidations
- Party Walls
Basic Requirements:
- Building Surveying degree
- MRICS
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional and project experience
- Computer literate
- Experience at Associate level
