Job Details
This dynamic London Property Company are currently recruiting a rounded Development Manager to join their expanding London team. Looking to capitalise on their existing mixed-use assets and work on new projects with a large pipeline building for 2018. The successful candidate will ideally come from a larger company and will have had full exposure to development projects having worked within development teams on previous schemes.
My client possesses one of the strongest track records in delivering town & city centre mixed-use led regeneration in the UK and has well over £2 billion worth of assets under management. Traditionally they have been retail focused however they have more recently acquired large multi sector schemes.
Requirements:
- Ability to negotiate with a local authority
- Planning background
- Strong understanding of residential and mixed-use development
- Capable of running meetings with autonomy
