This dynamic PropTech company are currently recruiting a graduate level account manager to support the Senior Business Development Manager to build qualified pipelines of potential customers.
My client specialises in Market Comparables, Research and Mapping Tools for the commercial property sector (core market of commercial surveying firms). With a proven product, fast growing (80+) list of clients and great team (including former Chartered Surveyors and Plc Directors from online property platforms) you will join the business at an exciting time.
This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within this growing sector and you will be surrounded by an experienced team of tech specialists and property professionals to support your progression.
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings with decision makers at surveying firms in London/Rest of UK for the Senior Business Development Manager and CEO
- Support the creation of sales and marketing material and contribute ideas to product and marketing teams
- Manage an existing client database and source new contacts to increase sales pipeline
- Self-generate sales opportunities through cold calls and referrals from existing clients
The successful candidate will ideally possess experience working in the commercial property sector, either as a leasing agent or in business development. Experience of working to sales targets and a University degree at 2:1 or above is also required.
