Due to recent expansion my client is looking to bring on board a new Senior Building Surveyor to work multiple commercial real estate projects (Retail/ Industrial/ Corporate)

My client is a Fortune 500 company. They work across 80 countries, in 280 different offices, with a team of over 77,000 individuals and look after a property portfolio of over 4bn square feet, all on behalf of their clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a chartered surveyor to join an ever-growing team, my client is looking for a surveyor to hit the ground running with experience in Dilapidations, Core building surveys and tenders, ideally you will have 2 years’ experience post APC in commercial property and looking to progress further. Due to the high-end portfolios and clients the successful client will need to have exceptional interpersonal skills and communication.
