Chartered Building Surveyor OR Chartered Valuation Surveyor x 2

Location: Yorkshire

Package: Salary up to £48,000 P/A, car allowance circa £4,000, mileage paid, professional fees paid & commission.

(some Chartered Surveyors earning approx. £90,000 P/A)

To join this business you must be a Residential Surveyor, Chartered (MRICS or FRICS) with Registered Valuer status.

What's on offer for the successful Chartered Surveyor?

• A salary up to £48,000 (negotiable for the right person).
• Car allowance circa £4,000 per annum.
• Monthly bonus, opportunity to earn £1,000 extra per month some earning £3,000 more per month. This is down to the Surveyor to determine how much they want out of it and the work they will put in.
• Home working, including full home set up: laptop, IPAD/tablet, phone, printer, scanner and contribution to broadband.
