MRICS Estates Manager - Surrey role
We are currently working with a market leading property company seeking a qualified Estates Manager for their Commercial/Residential portfolio.
This is a truly unique opportunity to work for a market leading company within a very diverse role.
Principal Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the commercial/residential portfolio including lease and licence renewals and negotiations
- Tenant liaison and income monitoring
- Financial management and reporting of portfolio
Qualifications
- RICS Qualified
- Degree in Estate Management of other property related degree
- Experience working in commercial property or estate management
Experience
- Strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant law
- Thorough knowledge of current H&S Legislation
- Through knowledge and understanding of leases
- Property Management
