Job Details
A 3 month contract outside scope of IR35 for a commercially minded Public Sector Organisation
The role is initially for 3 months which may look to be extended thereafter on a 4 day a week basis.
Projects:
There are a number of large projects that the Council are currently working, such as Addlestone 1.Within the role you will be required to be a hands on BS/PM who is able to deal with repair issues, leases and experience of refurbs on both residential and commercially properties.
The properties involved in each projects may vary from Industrial, High end Office Retails and Residential on large scheme projects.
To be considered:
In order to be considered for the role outside scope of IR35, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate other client income via your limited company. This is not applicable for Umbrella and PAYE workers.
