An opportunity for a Property Services Manager to join a leading provider of social housing in Cornwall

Your new company
As a Property Services Manager, you will be joining one of the leading providers of social housing in Cornwall, with responsibility for managing over 4500 properties across the region. Established almost 20 years ago, your new company have since invested over £200 million into the county and are committed to helping to combat the national housing shortage.

Your new role
In your new role as a Property Services Manager you will be responsible for delivering all aspects relating to the management, performance and financial accountability of your asset management function. You'll be managing an annual budget of over 2.5M per year whilst creating planned works programmes and co-coordinating over 800 stock condition surveys.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role you'll need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the built environment, with the ability to develop cost project options and present project proposals. You'll need to be able to understand the performance of assets and develop asset management strategies.

What you'll get in return
In return for joining your new company as a Property Services Manager, you will receive a starting salary of £43,000 alongside a number of benefits, including 32 days annual leave, and a company pension scheme.
