Quantity Surveyor, London

A multi award winning consultancy in London are seeking a project focused Quantity Surveyor to help with the increasing workload in the cost management team.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will support a Senior Associate in the delivery and commission on a mix of build sector projects including healthcare, residential, and commercial.

Working closely with clients, the successful Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects and provide a full QS delivery service.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

  • Pre construction
  • Delivery of projects
  • procurement
  • Cost planning
  • Tender documents

The Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS, or close to completing the APC
  • Private sector or commercial project experience
  • Client facing
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to run projects independently
