Job Details

Our client a well known firm of Chartered Surveyors / Residential Valuers are recruiting MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyors for their East and West Midlands regions.

*Please note we also have two more vacancies in Manchester and Sheffield*

If your area is not listed above, please get in touch, as new positions are coming about on a daily basis.

The Person:

  • MRICS or AssocRICS & VRS Registered
  • Expect to carry out a range of Mortgage Valuations, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys. (All surveyors are home based)
  • Targets are sensible, as well as a tight concentrated geographical patch.
  • Basic salaries are in the region of £42,000 / £46,000 (Depending on experience)
  • Expect a lucrative bonus scheme, car allowance or car, pension and healthcare.

With an excellent in house training scheme, they strongly encourage applications from Surveyors of all RICS backgrounds.

They are particularly interested to hear from MRICS Building Surveyors who are interested in crossing over into the residential sector. 

*Please also note AssocRICS Surveyors with relevant experience will be considered*
