Senior Quantity Surveyor

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR who is MRICS qualified to join a firm of consultants in Birmingham.

Our client is working on a good range of projects to include residential, commercial, care homes, education and industrial projects.

A background working for another UK firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants is essential preferred.

You will be involved in all pre and post contract QS duties.

THE CLIENT

My client is a firm of construction consultants with a number of UK offices and some abroad.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR with a Degree, Masters or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar and you will be RICS qualified with two years or more PQE experience.

You will work as a Senior Project Surveyor and be able to run your own projects and have good client facing skills.

You will need to have good pre and post contract experience.

You should have worked for another firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants or client-side or possibly with a main contractor.

You should have worked on a range of projects ideally across several sectors as my client is doing residential, commercial, industrial, education and other projects.

My client will pay in the region of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum or more plus range of benefits.
