This rapidly expanding and independent project management consultancy currently seek a project manager for their London team based in the West End.

Their focus on people and culture has resulted in impressive growth since forming with the current head count at 80. As specialists within the hotel, office and residential sectors, they have built an impressive reputation of repeat business and count many of the leading hotel operators and residential developers as long standing clients.

As part of continued project instructions, they seek an experienced project manager with the confidence to lead a project from day one.

With further expansion planned both in the UK and Internationally, this represents the perfect time to join this exciting and social firm at the key stage of their growth.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in a construction / property discipline
• MRICS / MCIOB preferred but not essential
• Min 3 years experience acting as a project manager ideally gained in consultancy, client side or contractor
• Experience of delivering projects in the private sector
• Proven JCT contract experience

Package on offer

• Salary £60-70,000
• Bonus (can be 30-40% dependent on performance)
