We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to fill a permanent opening with a company located in the City Centre of Glasgow. Interested candidates will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects in both the public and private sectors ranging from Hotels, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Infrastructure.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
• At least 3-5 years postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experience
• Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public sector clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good technical knowledge
