Senior Development Manager - Housing Association

We are looking for a Senior Development Manager to progress in an ambitious, growing housing association. Senior Development Managers are sought to take a lead role in managing the development pipeline, progressing major estate regeneration opportunities, large-scale joint venture partnerships and managing other development staff.

The Candidate;

• Ideally educated to a degree level in Regeneration or similar.
• Experience in Social Housing/Private Developer
• Ideally experienced in managing a Project Management/Development team.
• Able to develop financial appraisals for new schemes including cash flows.
• Applying key principals of Urban Design.
• Experience with Stakeholder Management including resident involvement strategies.

The Role would involve;

• Technical Management
• Land Management
• Project Management
• People Management, Financial Management & Stakeholder Management.
• Managing a major regeneration scheme up to 2000 units.

The package;

• The salary on offer is up to £75,000
• Discretionary bonus.
• Flexible working hours.
