Building Control Surveyor

An industry leader within Insurance and Warranty are seeking to recruit a Risk Management Surveyor/Building Control Surveyor to complete site inspections within the Taunton area but based from home. This company have a history spanning over 20 year's alongside ambitious, but achievable, growth plans for the foreseeable future. They offer a salary up to £45,000, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), full health benefits package and the choice of an excellent mileage scheme or car lease scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

Aside from supporting this National business with their exciting plans, your duties will include:

• Site Inspections to ensure building regulations and technical manuals are adhered to.
• Developer assessments once projects are complete.
• Offer technical advice to developers, builders and clients.

Key Requirements:

If you are interested in joining this business as they continue on their expansion journey, you'll need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience as a Risk Management Surveyor, Building Control Surveyor or Building Control Officer.
• Ideally Chartered; CABE or RICS.
• Certainly a desire to become Chartered.

In return you will receive:

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Support becoming a Chartered Building Control Surveyor if necessary.
