Join the consultancy division of one of the top Architectural names in the luxury residential sector and work across a variety of instructions from a joint and independent workload. Workload will include project work, party walls, neighbourly matters and Surveys, ensuring a broad workload.

As the consultancy division of one of the top Architectural names in the luxury residential sector, our client offers a Multi-Disciplinary environment with both a shared and an independent workload. Their work stretches across all areas of London including the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Surveyor in a broad range of surveying functions, working closely with and reporting directly to the Senior Surveyor from whom you will learn and develop your skills and experience.
The role of Graduate/ Junior Building Surveyor will be based from their offices in Chelsea Harbour, London.
Person Specification:
- RICS Accredited degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
- Ability to prepare schedules of condition and technical reports
- Good understanding of Part Wall etc Act 1996
- Basic understanding of the Prescription Act 1832
- Ability to record and document building defects
- Competent in AutoCAD
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide support on instructions to Senior Surveyor
- Liaise with internal departments
- Undertaking schedules of conditions and technical reports
- Preparing party wall awards
- Undertaking Daylight and Sunlight assessments
- Undertaking Rights of Light assessments
Salary & Package:
Salary for this role will be £24,000 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience and the package includes a workplace pension.
Based in the beautiful Chelsea Harbour area, the office is just a 3-minute walk from the local train station, making this a perfect location for commuters travelling from both inside or outside of London.
