A leading property consultant is seeking a talented Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Guildford office.

My client offers expertise across the built environment, they have a strong track record across all commercial property sectors, advising investors, developers, owners and occupiers. Due to the professionalism and new instructions a position has arisen for a talented surveyor to join the commercial building surveying team.

Predominately the clients are based in Guildford and the surrounding areas. You'll work with investor type clients within retail, office and industrial portfolios. Portman Estate, Burberry and Louis Vuitton is just a handful of clients this practice work with.
