Chartered Building Surveyor

My client a leading consultancy, due to continuing success, are now looking for Chartered Building Surveyor’s to join their Building Surveying team working out of their Newcastle office.

As a Building Surveyor, you will work with a wide range of clients both private and public, supporting them managing their property portfolios and transactions. You will be responsible for advising on the technical risks associated with their acquisition, disposal and refinancing of standing assets and monitoring the development of new construction.

Duties

• Inspection of buildings
• Preparation of technical due diligence reports
• Building pathology surveys
• Monitoring construction work and the performance of project design teams
• Producing reports to clients and engaging on face to face value

Requirements
You must be a driven and ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor, who has relevant experience within the mixed-use projects. It is imperative that you have gained MRICS or a similar professional body and hold at least 4-5 years’ PQE. You will possess the necessary skills to advise private sector clients, engage with other professionals involved with real estate transactions as well be competent in a client-facing role.
