Project Manager

Operating on behalf of a select pool of private clients, this boutique multi-family office - located near to affluent Kensington - seeks aspirational Project Managers with 1 - 3 years experience to join their close-knit team. Offering its clientele property investment/development guidance across every stage of the development life-cycle - from search and acquisition to home management - our client works on some of the UK's most notable private residential projects.

With an exciting range of new-build and refurbishment projects, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry and motivated Project Manager to build on their existing experience (minimum 1 year), undertaking increasingly elaborate projects and growing in independence.

Our client's preference is for candidates possessing prior experience in a client-led setting, a residential bias and a presentable, client-facing demeanour. The ideal candidate is likely to possess many of the following qualities:

• Hold a Construction/Property-related degree.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year's Project Management experience, ideally in an equivalent setting (high-end residential, client-facing capacity).
• A passion for the high-end residential sector.
• Have an understanding of general contract administration, appointment and management of contractors/external consultants.
