Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A specialist multi-disciplined practice offering Consultancy and Construction Services across a diverse client base in a broad range of sectors are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 years experience. Working on both Public and Private sector projects across Cambridgeshire.

Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 - Pension, Paid RICS Subscriptions, Healthcare

Duties: The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive guidance through RICS accredited Surveyors to help complete their APC Diary.

  • Feasibility Cost Plans
  • Reviewing, Analysing and Advising on Tenders
  • Variations
  • Run Client Progress Meetings
  • On-Site Valuations
  • Checking invoices and Issuing Payment

Requirements: The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have started their APC, with 2-3 years in a PQS / Consultancy environment on 'Build' projects. A knowledge of JCT and NEC is also required.
